Come explore your grief through the lens of Yoga Therapy with Courtney Sutherland in a safe and supportive environment. Through self-reflection and group connection, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how grief is affecting you.
You’ll be guided through simple practices, like breathwork, meditation, and gentle postures, to address your individual symptoms and response to grief on all the levels of your being. Grief is all-encompassing and a strong force. The good news is that we all have the capacity to soften the experience through intentional and conscious physical and mental practice.
