Join us for an invigorating journey of mind, body, and community connection! Immerse yourself in 45 minutes of soul-soothing yoga to awaken your senses and find inner balance. Afterward, let the rhythm guide you as we gather in a vibrant drum circle to celebrate unity and harmony through music. Recharge with a refreshing tea and coffee break before we gather to discuss ourselves and our place in the world. If time permits, we will wind down with a short guided-meditation. Come experience the fusion of movement, rhythm, and dialogue in an afternoon dedicated to well-being and shared connection!
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own!
If you have a drum, please bring it! Pots and pans will be accepted as well :)
